We'll create dishes at hands-on workshops devoted to Arab, Berber and Jewish culture. We’ll explore ancient souks where vibrant colors radiate, wander foothills to be invited into traditional family homes, learn heritage techniques alongside working artists. All the while we'll delight in the small moments—a sunrise call to prayer, the buzz of a market in full swing, the energizing aroma of bubbling-hot mint tea—that make Morocco an ongoing source of inspiration.
